We build homes to live and love

At BowlerBuilt we understand the needs of the modern Aussie family and build our homes to meet those needs. We are meticulous by nature and are extremely proud of our work, but most importantly we are proud of the experience we leave each and every client we work with.

On budget. On time

At Bowler Built integrity is not just a word we throw around, it’s a value we live by. That’s why it is our goal to always deliver your project on budget and on time. While unforeseen circumstances can always arise, it’s our commitment to keep you updated on the build progress so you always know how your new home is tracking.

Attention to detail

To quote The Castle “it’s not a house, it’s a home” and that’s why we pay such close attention to the details. We understand what this means to you and your family and we take as much pride in building your home as you will showing it off.

Our Process

Meet & Greet (OnSite)

Seeing your home is the most important first step. At this stage, you help to build a clear picture of what your dream outcome looks like.

Return Brief

To ensure your quote is comprehensive and accurate we will email a ‘return brief’ with our understandings and learnings from our meet & greet.

Formal Quote

Once the return brief has been approved, we send through a formal quote outlining the entire project. We then like to run through with an in-person meet.

Demo

We understand your vision. You’re happy with our quote. Now comes the fun. The demolition stage means your new home dreams are underway.

Building Stage

Communication is vital through out the building stage. We will keep you up-to-date with progress on a weekly basis, so you know how your build is tracking.

Handover

You now have your dream home! There is a formal handover process to make sure you are comfortable and your questions have been answered.

Working with Charlie and his team felt right from day one. We immediately felt comfortable with him as he took the time to understand what we were hoping to achieve.
